If you need a reason to join this club this reference should be the answer.

I applied on the 19th of January 2009 at 11:20 and received an e-mail by 14:00 the same day to be given my membership number and a welcome letter.

Where have you ever received service like that, don’t think of joining JUST DO IT the service has been great guys well done, now I can and play golf and pay what my Golf buddies pay.

the next morning at 10am and amazingly have then ALREADY received a personal welcoming email with my proof of membership and member number

I entered my details on Golf Connection´s website and made my payment at around 11pm on Wednesday night, 3rd December 2008. I logged onto my email again the next morning at 10am and amazingly have then ALREADY received a personal welcoming email with my proof of membership and member number as a pdf file attached (and to think I was worried I waited too long and won’t be a member by the time I left for a South Coast holiday on the 14th Dec!). Very delighted, I confirmed receipt of this email, and three minutes later received a personal reply. A couple of days later I received an sms as promised with the tracking number to go and pick up my card at the post office. So even though I had proof of membership on paper that I could use, I even picked up my card on the 13th, 1 day before I left for vacation! This was definitely an AWESOME SERVICE experience.

Hi All

I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the service I received from Golf Connection – after I completed all the details and paid it was within 3 -4 hours and I had received notification of receipt of payment and a letter regarding my membership with the appropriate club. Any queries I had were also dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction.

There should be more people out there like yourselves - anybody could take a page from your book and learn a thing or two!!

I advise every person that wishes to join a club that the golf connection is the service provider to choose

Good day to all,

I had wanted to join a golf club for some time and could not find one that offered reasonable pricing, convenience as well as service when requested. I investigated several options and found that there were some that offered either very little and no NGN card, for a cheap price and little convenience and others that offered convenience and other benefits, but were expensive.

I then saw the golf connection web site, called in and asked all the questions that I needed to ask for my peace of mind. The gentleman answered them all and offered further service. It was a pleasant experience and they made it easy to join. They allocated me to a golf course, they told me what procedure to follow, faxed proof of payment and I signed up online with no hassle. They gave indication of the time it would take for confirmation of membership and it was spot on as well as that they estimated the time it would take (a few weeks at the time) for the NGN card to be posted, which was also accurate. They communicate well and this is what I appreciate as you know what is going on and are empowered to make decisions.

I was informed how to input my golf score manually online until I had received my NGN card, so the delay was not a problem. Within a few days I was contacted by the club via email to welcome me and give me their contact details should I need them. It has been pleasant interacting with people who actually want to acquire new members and still offer great service.

I advise every person that wishes to join a club that the golf connection is the service provider to choose.
